Job Overview
Hardin Grill & Bar is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident in preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and creating a welcoming experience for guests.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks accurately and efficiently
Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Recommend drinks and menu items based on guest preferences
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies
Ensure compliance with company policies and responsible alcohol service
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to provide smooth service
Assist in opening and closing bar operations
Qualifications
Previous bartending or food and beverage experience is preferred
Knowledge of basic cocktails and drink preparation
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Trustworthy, punctual, and team-oriented
Willing to work weekends and holidays
Flexible and eager to learn
