We are currently hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for Full-Time and  Part-Time positions to join our growing team in Los Angeles and surrounding areas.

Your Responsibilities

• 
  

  Conduct in-home patient assessments and develop individualized care plans with physicians

  
  


• 
  

  Deliver direct skilled nursing care, education, and emotional support to patients and families

  
  


• 
  

  Complete comprehensive medication reviews and provide guidance for safe medication management

  
  


• 
  

  Perform wound care, mobility support, and post-surgical recovery assistance

  
  


• 
  

  Educate patients on chronic disease management, preventive care, and self-care strategies

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate closely with physicians and care teams to coordinate ongoing care

  
  


• 
  

  Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner

  
  


• 
  

  Promote independence and safety within the home environment

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Drivers license

  
  


• 
  

  Current, active RN license in California for a minimum of one year

  
  


• 
  

  At least one year of professional nursing experience (home health experience strongly preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  Public Health Nurse (PHN) certification preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Strong clinical skills, organization, and communication abilities

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently in the home setting
