Job Description - Hospitality Manager

As our Hospitality Manager, you'll lead the charge in planning and running our Brand Experience Center, making sure every visit, meeting, or drop-by feels smooth, special, and totally on-brand. From designing visitor flows and coordinating transport, to coaching your team on service excellence, you’ll be the go-to for all things guest experience.

This is more than hospitality, it’s about shaping the way people experience Smartsourcing in real life. You’ll be collaborating with cross-functional teams and helping bring the brand to life for clients, partners, smartees, and stakeholders — all while keeping operations running like a dream.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience Center Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the planning and implementation of brand experience strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Design and optimize visit flows, engagement formats, and service standards for all guests.
  • Ensure the Brand Experience Center reflects brand values and storytelling in every detail—from ambiance and design to service and interactions.

Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across hospitality, visitor engagement, and transport coordination.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery.
  • Coordinate with vendors, internal departments, and contractors to ensure quality and timeliness of service.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the entire Brand & Communications Team, People & Culture, Facilities, and Sales teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for visit planning, experience customization, and execution.
  • Collaborate with leadership and department heads to support high-level guest engagements.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Train, and lead a high-performing Experience Center support team.
  • Coach and mentor team members to build a culture of ownership, hospitality, and operational excellence.
  • Monitor performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Feedback & Continuous Improvement

  • Gather and analyze feedback from visitors and stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Regularly review touchpoints and visitor journeys to enhance brand perception and guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare post-visit reports and performance reviews to inform strategic decisions.

Crisis Response & Operational Resilience

  • Lead crisis management planning for Experience Center operations, ensuring quick and effective resolution of disruptions.
  • Develop contingency plans for transport, hospitality, and security issues.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand experience, customer experience, events, or hospitality operations.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and execute complex programs or events with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A passion for creating memorable and immersive brand experiences.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

  • Background in experience design, event planning, or visitor engagement programs.
  • Experience in luxury service, hospitality, or visitor center management a plus.
  • Empathetic leadership style with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools for project management and feedback tracking.
