Host Operations Officer (Korean)

JOB SUMMARY

The Host Operations Officer (Multilingual) identifies premium players and creates a customer relationship whereby he/she must be able to understand the customer's needs and wants. He/She must act according to fully ensure arrangements on Gaming Treasury, Food & Beverage, transportation, hotel bookings and so much more are accommodatedand executed in seamless fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate arrangement related to gaming activities, preferences and stay of guests, ensure coordination with otherdepartment is seamless and arrangements are facilitated accordingly
• Assist guest queries and processes relating to membership, gaming programs, promotions & events, and other related inquiries
• Facilitate guests program buy-in and settlement at the Cage. Assist as well in all Gaming Treasury related transactions and inquiries
• Achieve a high standard of service level through proactive engagement with guests
• Promote a high standard of professionalism in all engagement with guests
• Ensure tasks are executed accurately and in a timely manner
• When required, host/attend special promotion or events within or outside the property
• When required, accompany guest/s to City tours, Yacht cruises, Private Jet arrival and send off
• Rotate shifts and duties to arrival & departure assistance at the airport
• Ensure tasks / assignments per shift are performed as required e.g. manpower deployment, hotel check-in/out assistance, special duties, among others

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess a High School diploma.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Required language is Korean.
• Confident and able to deal with VIPs
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge in office applications (GSuite, MS Office, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to build good working relationships and deal with different types of individual
• Organized and has great attention to details
