Job Description:
· Manages and oversee day to day operations of hotel and all aspects of the casino including operations, staffing, and customer satisfaction
· Directs managers of all casino and hotel departments to ensure operations align with organizational goals and strategies and to increase revenue and profitability
· Monitor all operating cost, budgets, and forecast to ensure that the organization meets financial goals
· Establish and maintain positive relationship with guest, vendors, employees, and stakeholders
· Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and policies
· Manage and develop staff to ensure efficiency and high levels of customer service
· Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the hotel and casino
· Monitor industry trends and implement best practices
· Direct reporting to the higher management for necessary reports and documentation
Brief Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, HRM, or any related course
· With 10 years of total experience in hotel/casino industry
· With 5 years of experience in general management position in hotel/casino industry
* Advantage to have least 1 year working experience in any hotel/casino in Macao
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
· Knowledge with other languages will be a plus
· Able to multitask and work well under pressure
· Must be willing to work in Boracay
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php150,000.00 - Php200,000.00 per month
