Job Description - Hourly Phone Screening Associate Analyst (Talent Acquisition)

Act as a liaison to the hourly production recruiters in North America. Provide recruiting support by phone screening candidates covering the basic and preferred qualifications, capturing compensation expectations, reviewing, and dispositioning resumes against basic qualifications and scheduling successful candidates to the next level of interview (if needed). Identifies candidates within open requisitions folder to be phone screened and disposition those who do not meet basic requirements Conducts phone screening with candidates using standard questionnaire template and ensure the template is correctly loaded into SuccessFactors/Eightfold Recommends top candidates and schedule them for interview (if determined) or recommend further to the recruiter Liaises with recruiters on a weekly basis as needed to shift and adjust recruiting priorities by requisition Assists with formatting and posting newly approved requisitions to in SuccessFactors/Eightfold, ensuring that quality guidelines around accuracy and procedure are met Assists applicants with ATS password resets, accepting offers, and other various system related barriers the applicants may encounter Partners with recruiters to be an outlet for sourcing and researching candidates as potential leads through external resources, i.e., Jibe, LinkedIn, etc. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant Recruitment experience. Above-average English communication skills (both written and verbal). Must be willing to work in night shift (9 PM - 6 AM) Tuesday-Thursday. Must be willing to work in Tanauan, Batangas (First Philippine Industrial Park). Ability to utilize a variety of technology platforms to conduct daily work (Applicant Tracking System, external recruitment boards and CRMs, and MS Suite). Proven ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism, flexibility, high-quality customer service, effective verbal and written communications skills and teamwork to accommodate the high volume, fast-paced work environment.
