Job Description - HR Admin Assistant
The HR - Admin Assistant‘s primary function is to handle daily record-updating and documentation for the human resources team and is the primary contact person for any HR-related queries.Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Development and Management, or Accounting Technology- At least 6 months experience in different HR facets is a plus- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply (with related internship experience)- Solid written and verbal communication skills- Can maintain confidentiality at all times- Flexible and demonstrates sound work ethics- Able to prioritize under deadline pressure- Can work with less supervision- Willing to do fieldwork when neededResponsibilities- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Department- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)- Facilitate sales training- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired NS employeesAdditional Information- On-site Setup- Work Location: Z-6 4450 Tabunoc, Talisay City, Cebu- Full-Time Employment- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM- Fixed Weekends Off- Only Cebu-based applicants will be entertainedQualified applicants will be contacted through text, call, or email by our Recruitment Team
