Job Description - HR Admin officer (20K) FMCG company quezon city
• At least 2 years of experience as HR/Admin Supervisor.• With knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development)• With understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.• With outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.• With excellent English communication skill (written and verbal)• With interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels• With problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.• With strong ethics and reliability.• Potential to handle a leadership role.• Must be knowledgeable in processing permits from LGU agencies.• With experience dealing with lawyers, recruitment agencies, prospective suppliers,Health care provider (HMO), Local gov't agencies• Preferably resident of Quezon City or surrounding areas or localities• Familiar with computers, systems, and connections• Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
