As an HR / Admin Specialist, you will support the organization's goals by managing key
human resources functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, employee
training, compensation and benefits, HR data management and innovation, and other
admin tasks. The objective is to ensure HR processes are efficient and effective,
contribute to a positive work environment, in compliance with established policies and
applicable laws and help drive the company's overall success through its people.
Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience)
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or
related field.
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, engagement,
or analytics.
● Strong analytical skills
● Excellent in Oral and written communication skills
● Proficiency in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and other HRIS applications.
● Knowledgeable in automation and/or AI tools
● Strong interpersonal skills
● Pleasing personality
III. Type of Skills and/or LICENSING/CERTIFICATION Required:
● Must be proficient in Google Workspace and/or MS Office.
● Familiarity with additional project management tools and various HRIS platforms, is a
valuable advantage.
