Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Admin Staff is responsible for supporting the recruitment process by assisting in coordinating schedules with applicants and hiring managers, monitoring exams, collecting pre-employment requirements, preparing IDs, and ensuring the smooth functioning of various recruitment-related tasks. The individual is also responsible for encoding and maintaining recruitment databases such as the applicant database, vacancy database, onboarding tracker, and regularization tracker. He or she is responsible for preparing recruitment files, particularly 201 files.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Coordinates schedules with applicants and hiring managers for interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities
• Assists in facilitating exams by scheduling, coordinating, and overseeing the examination process
• Collects pre-employment requirements from candidates and ensure timely completion and submission
• Prepares identification documents for new hires and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Encodes in recruitment databases such as applicant database, vacancy database, onboarding tracker, and regularization tracker
• Assists in conducting background checks and reference verifications for potential hires
• Provides administrative support during recruitment events such as job fairs, and recruitment drives
• Assists in encoding and updating job postings on various platforms and websites to attract qualified candidates
• Prepares materials for recruitment purposes, including rejection letters, and other correspondences
• Assists in organizing and maintaining recruitment-related documentation, both in physical and electronic formats
• Assists in coordinating with external recruitment agencies and job portals to post job advertisements
