Job Description - Hr Administrative Compensation and Benefits

WE ARE HIRING!!! HR ADMINISTRATIVE - COMPENSATION & BENEFITS!1. Degree in a program of study related to Human Resources or Business Administration, Associate’s Degree or a combination of education and experience2. At least 3 years experience working in benefits and administration liaising with government institutions.3. Above average oral, written and interpersonal skills.4. Advanced computer skills and experience5. Knowledge of specific software and web-based systems related to benefits management.6. Strong background to all HR Compensation & Benefits Facets7. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.8. Can work with minimal to no supervision and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.9. Organizational skills10. Knowledge of Labor Laws, other laws regulating employee benefits.11. Exemplifies customer service skills12. Responsible and result – oriented13. Team player14. Processes Company government mandated benefits.15. Tracks and ensures remittances are paid and posted.16. Secures clearance certificate from government agencies.17. Facilitates to prepare related compensation and benefits certificate.18. Coordinates and acts as company representative to government agencies related to Comp & Ben.19. Facilitates end to end Comp & Ben related activities such as posting, payment and its monitoring of mandated government remittances.20. Checks government agencies information portal from time to time.21. Assists and trains areas of any Comp & Ben related but not only limited to assigned areas.22. Produces compensation and benefits report.23. Provides payroll assistance.Job Type: Full-timePay: Php18,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per monthSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftOvertimeSupplemental pay types:Overtime payPerformance bonus
