Responsibilities:
Recruitment Response Handling
· Provide recruitment response handling administrative support functions in line with the company’s recruitment procedures, policies and processes
· Retrieve advertisements from the system in order to identify positions advertised and submit designated advertisements to the HR Generalist for processing
· Receive CV’s for designated positions and screen them for compliance with the job requirements in order to submit to the HR Generalist for processing.
General Administrative Support
· Receive relevant information for drafting of contract forms and populate accordingly
· Provide first line support/contact for client groups, advising line managers and employees as required
· Respond to general staff inquiries and provide necessary information in line with the company’s authority matrix
Records Administration
· Create and update HR payroll database for processing on a monthly basis
· Create and update HR benefits database for processing on a monthly basis including medical aid and pension fund
· Create and update HR database to facilitate compilation of reports for different HR functions on the prescribed format or matrix
- Create, update and maintain CV database
· Ensure all personnel files are correctly updated and all personnel files are kept in 60% accordance with the filing system
· Provide accurate and timely data entry responsibilities for designated clients groups via the personnel database
· Prepare monthly payroll pack for new staff
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Human Resource/Psychology or any related course.
- has at least 2 years’ experience performing administrative functions.
- Have experience dealing with various business units and getting information in time in order to coordinate different HR
administration functions within the company.
- Willing to work in Makati City.
