Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments, etc. for the upper management
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Responsible for recruitment: job posting, sourcing of candidates, preliminary CV screening, and interview arrangements
Responsible for pre-onboarding (activities include and not limited to preparation of employment-related documents, pre-employment checks, work pass applications (where applicable), liaising with other departments to prepare for arrival of new joiners) and on-boarding (activities include and not limited to basic orientation and induction programs) for new hires.
Responsible for off-boarding activities which include and not limited to ensuring compliant process (e.g. cancellation of work passes where applicable, liaising with other departments on access and exit clearance.)
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
Must have at least 5 years experience in dealing with multiple HR and Administration jobs as stated above.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
