We are now looking for a Human Resources Administrator to perform HR administrative tasks according to standard processes/procedures/work instructions. Maintain and handle data in applicable IT systems to ensure data quality.

You will:

• Maintain all HR data in your scope
• Provide HR administrative services
• Provide functional system expertise
• Provide project support

To be successful in the role, you must have:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or IT
• Labor Relations, Laws & Legislation Knowledge
• HR Processes & Disciplines Knowledge
• Ability to adhering to principles & values
• Analytical Skills
• Passion to deliver results & meeting customer expectations
• Excellent Planning & organizational skills

Additional Requirements:

Preferably with Admin Work Background or Knowledge

Strong Communication Skills

HR Solutions Tool/App Knowledge
