Process government-mandated benefits related to Social Security System, Philhealth, and Home Mutual Development Fund.2. Process and monitor company-initiated benefits.3. Prepare payroll instructions related to Benefits. B. Qualifications Summary:1. Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. 2. Experience: At least 1 year of equivalent experience in the field of Human Resources specifically in Benefits Administration3. Competency requirements: Basic understanding of employee benefits programs, policies, and regulations. 4. Skill requirements: MS Office applications proficientExcellent organizational skills in managing benefits records and documentationStrong attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and records maintenance
