Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

The Group Admin Manager executes his/her responsibilities by effectively managing personnel, staying informed about current market trends and opportunities, adhering to established performance standards, and maintaining a detailed awareness of company activities. Additionally, they evaluate and recommend technology solutions that align with the organization's needs.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

Group Admin Manager will oversee 3 departments:

Recruitment:

  • Oversee sourcing, recruiting, and hiring processes to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the company’s staffing needs.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and timelines.

HR:

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and fair employee remuneration.
  • Oversee performance management processes to align individual goals with company objectives.
  • Handle employer-employee relations, addressing any issues or conflicts that arise in a fair and effective manner.

General Administration:

  • Manage facilities and office operations to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
  • Oversee office management tasks, including procurement of supplies, maintenance, and coordination of office services.

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the HR and Admin field
  • Proven experience in managing multiple departments, preferably in recruitment, HR, and administration.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to strategize and implement work plans effectively.
  • Experience as an HR Head with minimal administrative experience is acceptable, provided the candidate is eager to learn.
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Dedicated, attentive, punctual, sincere, and proactive in work.

Advantageous:

  • HR Certification is a plus

Job type: Permanent

Emp type: Full-time / Direct Employment

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM On-call during weekends if necessary
