HR & Admin Officer

In this role, you'll:

You'll also handle office administration: renewing business permits, liaising with building administration and government authorities, and keeping the office running day-to-day.

This is a generalist role with broad exposure and independent responsibility — you won't have close supervision, so you'll need the judgement to know when to act and when to escalate.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, and 4–7 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist capacity. You know Philippine labour law, you're comfortable holding sensitive conversations with discretion, and you follow through on what you start.

You'll be based in our Manila office and report to the Head of Grieg Star Philippines, working closely with the Head of Grieg Philippines on HR matters across the wider organisation.
