SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Manage calendar and scheduling.• Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf• Handle internal and external communications, presentations and reports.• Book travel arrangements, including lodging, transportation, and activities forexecutives.• Prepare food and make minutes for office meetings.• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.• Organize and maintain the office filing system.• Monitor company insurance and vehicle registration & payments.• Monitor materials related to the board of directors.• Prepare and assist company events.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:• College Graduate• At least 1 year experience as Admin. Staff• Proficient in MS OfficeSCHEDULE AND WORK ARRANGEMENT:• On site (CBY Head Office)• Temporary Compressed work week (Monday to Friday) from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.• Original schedule: Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.BENEFIT:Upon Regularization:• Prorated 15-SL & 15-VL (convertible to cash)After ONE year as a Regular Employee:• Quarterly Rice Ration (50 kilos)• Monthly 1 Gallon Oil Ration• P 25,000.00 hospitalization benefit• Dental check-up• P 14,000.00 Funeral Benefit (in the event the employee dies)• P 6,000.00 Funeral Benefit (in the event an immediate family dies• Paid training and seminars• Yearly Performance Appraisal
