Job Description - HR and Administration Manager

Work Setup: Office Based

Work Category: Full Time

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 6 pm

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR and Administration Manager with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources and administration functions within our organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
  • With knowledge in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and promote a positive work culture.
  • Handle payroll administration and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Manage workplace safety and security protocols.
  • Supervise administrative functions, including office management, supplies procurement, and facility maintenance.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR and administration roles.
  • Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Relevant HR certifications are a plus.
