-Responsible for providing administrative support services in the areas of human resource management and administrative services to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations within the organization.-Does the overall direction and control of the human resources services such as recruitment and selection, employee engagement, training and development, and compensation and benefits.-Establishes increasing awareness on food safety culture within the organization and for the employees to recognize its effect to food safety and quality.-Forms part of the management team and plays a key role in setting of company policies and guidelines aligned with the organizational business plans.Qualifications:-Graduate of Behavioral Science course (Human Resource Management. Psychology) or any related course-With 6-8 years of HR work experience.-at least 3-4 years in managerial capacity preferably in a food manufacturing company.Skill/Other Requirements-Strong organizational skills, planning and decision making skills-Good leadership and human capital development skills (interpersonal and employee engagement) and workplace culture development skills-Knowledgeable of the Labor Laws and Occupational Safety and Health Standards-Knowledgeable on the industry's GMP, HACCP, HALAL and FSSC standards and requirements.
