HR & Employee Engagement Administrator (Davao - Onsite)

About the Role

Snapscale is looking for a creative, organized, and people-oriented HR & Employee Engagement Administrator to support the HR team in strengthening employee engagement and enhancing the overall employee experience. This role will assist with engagement initiatives, company events, internal communications, and HR administrative functions. The ideal candidate is confident in hosting and facilitating activities, knowledgeable in content creation tools, and capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities



• Plan, coordinate, and support employee engagement activities and company events.
• Host and facilitate company activities, programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist in developing and implementing engagement programs that promote employee participation and a positive workplace experience.
• Create and manage internal communications, announcements, and engagement materials.
• Develop creative content using Canva, AI tools, and other content creation platforms.
• Coordinate with employees, management, and internal teams for engagement-related activities.
• Assist with HR administrative tasks and employee-related concerns as needed.
• Maintain organized records and documentation related to engagement activities.
• Manage multiple activities, projects, and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Perform other HR and employee engagement tasks as assigned.

• More than 2 years of experience in Employee Engagement within the BPO industry.
• Experience handling employee engagement activities, company events, and internal communications.
• Experience hosting and facilitating company events and activities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, hosting, and facilitation skills.
• Proficient in Canva or similar graphic design/content creation tools.
• Proficient in using AI tools for content creation and employee engagement initiatives.
• Creative, organized, resourceful, and proactive.
• Ability to manage multiple activities, priorities, and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work onsite in Davao and accommodate a primarily graveyard-shift schedule.
• HR, Employee Engagement, Events Management, or related certifications are an advantage but not required.
