Job Description - HR Assistant



  • Responsible for providing service and advice to assigned account/s in the area of Human Resources and Administration specifically in the following functions:


 















  • Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Placement

  • Payroll and Benefits Administration

  • Employee and Labor Relations

  • Compensation Management

  • Human Resources Information System




  • Performance Management

  • Organization Development

  • Training and Development

  • Career/Succession Planning

  • Administrative Services



 



 




  • Responsible for ensuring HR policies, procedures and other established operating standards are consistently implemented and meet the current strategic needs of the Business in coordination with respective HR Account-in-Charge in the Division HR.
