Responsibilities:. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office· Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.· Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.· Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates and issuing employment contracts.· Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication· Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings· Perform orientations and update records of new staff.Qualifications:· Must be a degree holder of Bachelor of Science Major in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources or any other related courses· Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.· Effective HR administration and people management skills.· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work· Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.· Fantastic organizational and time management skills.· Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.· Meticulous attention to detail.
