Objectives of this roleSupport the hiring team with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding activitiesFacilitate a smooth hiring process for both the hiring team and job applicantsMaintain the hiring department’s high degree of organization and efficiency by exhibiting meticulous attention to detailDraft communications materials, such as job postings, emails to candidates, and offer and rejection lettersCollaborate with the hiring team to carry out streamlined onboarding processesResearch and recruit candidates to widen the qualified applicant poolResponsibilitiesPerform clerical duties like emailing, handling paperwork, and processing background checksReview applications and screen candidatesSchedule interviews and communicate with candidatesCreate job listings and post them onlineMaintain an accurate, organized, and detailed candidate databaseAssist candidates during the interview process, answering questions and providing them with key materials
