RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible in conducting training programs for direct labor employees.Update orientation material/module for direct labor orientation.Responsible for all logistical and coordination requirements for all assigned internal and external trainingsResponsible for the effective planning, development, coordination, and implementation of training and learning interventions for direct labors to enhance their technical skills and behavioral competenciesResponsible in conducting training needs analysis and devising basic training modulesFacilitate on soft skills training such as WAVE (Work Attitude and Values Enhancement, Digital Utilization, etc.)QUALIFICATIONSGraduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Relations or its equivalentWith at least 1 year work experience in training facilitation from a Construction company is an advantageAbility to communicate/function and interact effectively across levels of staff including senior managersProficiency in MS Office, Facilitation, Presentation, Module DevelopmentExperience and exposure on e-learning tools and processes an advantageEnthusiastic with a positive, optimistic personalityAble to build trusting relationships with othersExcellent communication skills, both written & verbalProven organizational skills, works well individually and with teams, able to set and meet deadlines with quality resultsCan multi- task and able to work in a fast paced work environment
