Supporting the team in building and leveraging relationships with clients, in developing proposals, etc.; Helping deliver human resources consulting engagements in the areas of HR transformation, HR process re-engineering, HR operating model and service delivery, talent management, organization design, etc.; Supporting thought leadership and research and development activity as appropriate; and Contributing to overall development and growth of the People and Organization practice.
