Job Description - HR Coordinator/ Area Supervisor - Makati
•Perform orientations and update records of new staff.•Assist with the recruitment process during interviews and endorsing applicants•Produce and submit reports on time•Attend monthly client meetings•Oversee manpower (corporate workers)•Assist in Timekeeping•Follow up billings•Facilitating human resources processes•Resolving benefits-related problems•Ensuring the effective utilization of plans related to HR programs and services•Answering employee requests and questions•Preparing and recommending corrective actions•Assisting with the performance review and termination processes•Assisting with the recruitment and interview processesQualifications:•Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in any Psychology, Human Resource or any business-related course•With experience in supervisory or leading a team•Must have strong interpersonal skills•Able to do multi task•Knowledgeable in timekeeping•Familiar in Labor policies•Willing to oversee corporate employees
