DuPont is seeking for a new HR Data Management Representative. This position will be a member of the HR Shared Service Team and provides support to DuPont Japan and ASEAN (excluded Singapore and Thailand) employees and country HRs on HR-related concerns.

Job responsibilities:

  • Answer chats and e-mails in Japanese or English (depending on the requestor) of HR-related concerns
  • Maintenance of Employee Lifecycle Data (Employee Data from Hire to Retire and in between) through HR system
  • Process Help Tickets from Japanese Employees through case management system
  • Conduct data quality review of Help Tickets and HR system data
  • Job requirements:

    Educations

  • College Graduate (diploma, certificate, associate, or bachelor’s degree in any field)
  • Skills and Requirements

  • Good reading, spoken and written proficiency of Japanese and English is a must
  • Comfortable in using computer systems and Microsoft Office
  • Japanese Language Proficiency Level - N1 or N2 certification is preferred
  • Work experience in BPO or Shared Services Industry is preferred
