In one sentence

This role combines HR Operations with Business Partner responsibilities.  

This role integrates HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Business HR functions, emphasizing experience in APAC countries and regional HR operations.

Supports HR processes by providing services to Amdocs employees, managers and HR teams. Coordinates events and activities to promote the employee experience and enables flawless and efficient end-to-end HR processes.

What will your job look like?

  •  

  • Act as a regional point of contact, advising employees and managers on complex policy and process-related matters.
  • Collaborate with Business Managers to provide guidance on team dynamics, handling difficult conversations, and supporting critical processes such as progressions, salary reviews, and performance improvement plans (PIPs).
  • Conduct exit interviews for voluntary departures, analyze feedback, and propose corrective measures to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Assist Business Managers in understanding and implementing company policies, processes, and programs.
  • Ensure compliance with new employment regulations in collaboration with the Legal team within the region.

All you need is...

  • The ideal candidate should have expertise in onboarding, offboarding, systems management, analytics, and leave management, with 4-5 years of relevant experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree holder,  along with an MBA or postgraduate diploma in Management, is preferred.

  • Proven experience in customer facing roles
  • Previous experience in operational roles (that is, handling operational processes and systems)
  • Familiarity with Amdocs and Amdocs systems and experience of working with various partners (internal and external) are seen as advantages
  • Specific for EC and CR: Solid experience in planning, leading and executing similarly complex (employee care / CR) projects and events
  • Specific for CR rep.: Experience working with external associations - advantage
