HR Generalist

Job Description:

As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in various aspects of human resources management. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Onboarding

Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

2. Employee Relations

Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

Address employee relations issues promptly and professionally, fostering a positive work environment.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Conduct investigations and resolve conflicts or grievances in accordance with company policies and relevant labor laws.

3. Performance Management

Administer performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers and employees.

Assist in developing and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.

Analyze performance data and trends to identify areas for improvement and development opportunities.

4. HR Administration

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HRIS databases.

Prepare HR-related reports and documentation, such as employment contracts, letters, and forms.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field.

At least 2 years of progressive experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry or environment.

Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software.
