Job Description - HR GENERALIST / ADMIN OFFICER

  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
  • Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
  • Issue disciplinary actions with the coordination and monitoring of the HR Manager.
  • Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • TKR preparations.
  • Process admin related tasks such as procurement, renewals, repairs, etc.
  • Perform such other functions as may be directed by the Management and or HR Manager. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Graduate of Psychology, HR Management or any related course.
  • With at least 1-2 years relevant work experience
  • With good communication skills, both written and verbal
