The HR Generalist oversees various HR functions, including probation management, recruitment support, employee onboarding, and general administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include conducting check-ins, managing visas, assisting with recruitment, coordinating onboarding, and handling HR administration.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct regular check-ins (1, 3, and 6 monthly) with probationary employees and manage successful probation letters.
Ensure compliance with visa regulations by managing visa applications, hours tracking, and related documentation.
Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, premium talent searches, screening, shortlisting, phone interviews, and coordinating interviews.
Coordinate pre-employment tasks such as uniforms, pre-start check-ins, induction completion audits, and ensuring compliance with study progression, mandatory training, and blue card requirements.
Conduct engagement surveys, exit interviews/surveys, Tanda audits, annual leave audits, and prepare reports such as PCW reports.
Manage birthday and anniversary recognition, wage subsidy programs, payslip generation, training agreements, and liaise with administrative staff and job agencies.
Liaise with accounts department for payroll and invoicing purposes, handle employee assistance program (EAP) engagement, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Handle staff requisition forms, applications, and prioritize data entry tasks efficiently.
Requirements

Organizational proficiency for managing multiple tasks and maintaining detailed records.
Problem-solving ability to address issues efficiently in a dynamic work environment.

Accurate and efficient data entry skills for managing HR records.
