Job Description:

Tasks include but not limited to the following:

• Facilitate preparation and payment of monthly government premiums and loans
• Administer both UPS and Government mandated benefits
• Prepares and submit both internal and external reportorial requirements and compliances
• Administer pre-confirmation packets and regularization letters
• Address employee concern, queries and requests
• Work with Management to ensure implementation of company policies
• Attend to other task that may be assigned related to HR Services

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s/College Degree as minimum requirement
• Knowledgeable in navigating benefits-related government platforms
• Strong background in building networks and connections
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
• Knowledgeable in Workday process is a plus
• Highly organized individual, Resourceful, creative and innovative
