JOB SUMMARY:The Human Resource Manager will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources (HR) Department, which includes conducting employee interviews and hiring, managing leave, benefits, and compensation, and enforcing business policies and procedures.Job Tasks and Responsibilities:Strong Employee relations, hiring/firing, DOLE case experienceVery experienced recruiting skills using software and interviewing skillsManaging a small team and daily reporting.Perfect attendance and crystal-clear communication skillsSupporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systemsMaintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirementsComputation and processing of employee payrollReview employment and working conditions to ensure legal complianceAct as liaison between the company and outside legal and professional accountant resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulationsSolid working experience in all HR key areas (recruiting, Labor management, Government filings)Strong experience in Labor Relations, Policy Formulation and Employee RelationsStrong people management experienceStrong leadership skillsTrustworthy with a high level of integrityQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Major in Human Resources, AB/BS in Psychology or Any Related Courses is required.Previous experience working as a HR Manager for at least 5 years.Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.Has experience in the Food Industry.Excellent Analytical SkillsAbility to remain focused for extended periods.
