What should you expect from us?

• Onsite Internship Set Up 
• Morning shift
• Target start date is on July 1, 2024
• 3 internship roles available
• Must render 600 hours

Job Description

What will your normal day look like? 

1. HRIS Enrollment for new hires
2. 201 filing (Contracts, Certificate of Completion, NPAs, Termination List and Attachments.
3. Auditing of 201 file of previous employees
4. Assistance in request for updates on details in HRIS.
5. Additional manpower for the HR team that can assist in ramping, events, and other support needed.
6. Collating of Cocolife supporting documents for dependents enrolment

Other task to be assigned by Engagement and HR Team 

Qualifications

• Psychology, Behavioral Science, HRDM and any other related courses.
• Memorandum from the university
• Required to render at least 250 hours of Internship.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint
