About the Job:

As the HR Manager, you will lead in shaping workplace environment, supporting our employees, and contributing to our client's company's growth.

Scope & Responsibilities:

• Manages implementation of Annual Increment, Bonus, and Budget with timely delivery.
• Ensures compliance with policies, conducts salary analysis, and participates in remuneration surveys.
• Monitors labor laws, handles employee/labor cases, and assists in policy enforcement.
• Manages Expat documents and ensures data privacy compliance.
• Coordinates Expat needs across business units.
• Maintains and evaluates records, ensuring team performance against SLAs/KPIs.
• Ensures subordinates meet skill requirements and maximizes resource utilization.
• Safeguards documents and facilitates informed decision-making.
• Ensures compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of Behavioral Science or another equivalent course.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
•  Knowledgeable about Philippine labor laws.
• Experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits standards in the Philippines, as well as in implementing practices for salary and compensation review.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literate.
• Above-average decision-making skills.
• Highly analytical with high integrity.
