Description

The HR Manager oversees various functional areas including planning, development, implementation, and administration of HR programs. This role is key to integrating these programs with corporate strategies to meet operational objectives. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring HR policies and programs encompassing recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations; fostering a positive workplace environment that aligns with corporate needs, employee goodwill, and broader business objectives; and serving as a perceptive liaison capable of connecting with all organizational levels, ensuring equitable practices and promoting diversity. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader skilled in managing diverse relationships across the company and adept at balancing multiple priorities.

  • Administer overall HR functions including payroll, employee records, legal compliance, and benefits administration.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of HR policies, programs, and practices.
  • Enhance employee relations and align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead performance reviews, talent acquisition, and career development processes.
  • Implement effective manpower planning and leadership development strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws, provide consultative guidance on HR processes, and manage documentation audits.
  • Advise management on personnel practices and compliance issues.
  • Manage attrition and enhance employee engagement.
  • Partner with business leaders to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Anticipate long-term HR needs and trends.
  • Provide strategic counsel on organizational structure and workforce planning.
  • Handle grievances, disciplinary procedures, and dispute resolutions.
  • Facilitate open communication between employees and management to foster a cooperative work environment.
  • Coordinate health and benefits plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with all related regulations.
  • Perform all other duties and or projects as assigned by a supervisor or manager.

    Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience Required:

  • 8 -10 years of experience in an HR role, with at least 3 years supervisory experience.
  • BPO industry experience preferred.
  • Exceptional ability to manage fine details and multitask efficiently under pressure, ensuring accuracy and the highest standards in all HR initiatives.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal, essential for crafting clear policy documents, conducting impactful presentations, and fostering effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong leadership skills complemented by a natural aptitude for building relationships, necessary for guiding teams and navigating complex interpersonal dynamics with tact and diplomacy.
  • Excellent decision-making skills with a strategic perspective, critical for aligning HR operations with overarching business goals.
  • A focused and results-oriented mindset, dedicated to not only achieving but exceeding set performance metrics through strategic planning and execution.
  • Skilled in leading and implementing change initiatives, effectively managing transitions and transformations within the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills paired with analytical prowess, crucial for identifying challenges, devising effective solutions, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in managing time for self and others, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency across the team.
  • A strong record of success in enhancing organizational culture and employee satisfaction through innovative HR practices.
  • Skilled in navigating complex employee relations issues, with a proven ability to mediate disputes and foster a collaborative workplace.
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and regulatory requirements in the Philippines, ensuring organizational compliance and mitigating legal risks.
  • Proficient in crafting and revising HR policies and procedures that comply with legal standards and promote best practices in human resource management.
