As the HR Manager at Castle Power Solutions Philippines Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations. You will play a vital role in shaping our company culture, attracting and retaining top talent, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Lead the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection
Develop and implement effective strategies for attracting and retaining top talent
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning
2. Employee Relations
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
Handle employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances with sensitivity and professionalism
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws
3. Training and Development
Identify training and development needs
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
Oversee performance appraisal and feedback processes
4. Compensation and Benefits
Administer compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct regular salary reviews and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages
Stay updated on compensation laws and regulations
5. HR Policy and Compliance
Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures
Stay current with changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure company compliance
Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in line with company policies and legal requirements
6. HR Administration
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
Oversee payroll processing and timekeeping
Utilize HR software for efficient HR administration
7. Employee Engagement
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
Promote a positive workplace culture and employee well-being
Monitor employee satisfaction and take proactive measures to enhance it
8. Talent Management
Identify high-potential employees and implement succession planning strategies
Develop and implement strategies for employee retention and career growth
To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus)
7 to 10 years of progressively responsible HR experience, including managerial roles
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven leadership abilities and experience managing an HR team
Ethical conduct and a high level of confidentiality
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to adapt to changing business environments and evolving HR trends
