- Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs for the employees
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
- Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Lead the employee engagement and retention activities
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
- Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated projects
- Formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization
- Serve as a main point of contact and manage relationships with stakeholder group and key individuals
- Establish human capital development initiatives to maximize the workforce in every department
Qualifications
- More than 5 years' experience in progressively responsible HR roles
- In-depth knowledge in labor law and legal proceedings
- Highly skilled in strategizing talent allocation, function evaluation, human resource planning, career planning, guidance, and development for employees
- Experience in labor and employee relations, risk management, and implementing HR best practices
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Experience in handling risk management, performing NTE, Admin Hearing and writing policies
- Knowledgeable in HR systems and database
- Amenable to work Mon - Fri 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (On-call and flexible if necessary)
- Amenable to working onsite
