HR MANAGER (1)JOB QUALIFICATIONS:- Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development or otherrelevant degree- Strong executive presence- Excellent in written and verbal communication- High integrity and ability to build trusting relationship- With at least 3-5 years of work related experienceRESPONSIBILITIES:- Comply with legal and social obligation- Enhance employee’s productivity and quality by promoting individual growth anddevelopment.- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates relating toemployment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.- Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safetyand recreation programs.- Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnelproblems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnelpolicies and practices.- Perform such other tasks that may be assigned by immediate supervisor.SALARY RANGE: 50k – 60kBENEFITS: Government Mandated benefits and HMOWORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PMWORK LOCATION: Angeles City, Pampanga
