Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM

Salary: 100k + /Month or 2M annually (Gross pay including bonuses and allowances)

1. Staffing
- Recruitment of managers
- Coordination in engaging consultants
- Nonlegal personnel movement administration
2. Compensation management
- Nonlegal staff salary administration
- Implementation of legal staff salary increases
- Legal staff bonus administration
- Nonlegal staff bonus administration
3. Firm benefits and rewards management
4. Policy formulation and implementation
5. HR budget management
6. Compliance activities with ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System)
7. Management report preparation
8. Overseeing of the following functions discharged by HR supervisors/staff and Secretaries pool supervisor
- a. Recruitment of nonlegal staff
- Coordination for the hiring and onboarding of legal staff
- Human Resources and Information System administration
- Human Resources records management
- Payroll administration
- Performance evaluation
- Training needs analysis, implementation/coordination, and evaluation
- Firm benefits administration
- Rewards administration
- Statutory benefits administration
- Occupational health and safety
- Policy implementation
- Employee relations
- Corporate social responsibility activities
- Employee activities
- HR communications
- Separation administration
- Reliever-secretary assignments
- Government report preparation
