Job Description - HR Officer

Sourcing and Recruitment

  • Source candidates for the job opening. Establish partnership with reputable Technical Institutions and /or Universities to ensure sustainable candidate source and conduct job fairs.
  • Prepare job descriptions and applicable selection criteria based on the hiring needs.
  • Conduct assessments, interviews, background check and verification of records of the applicants.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions based on interview and assessment results.
  • Conduct onboarding activities to successful hires.
  • Training and Performance Management

  • Ensure that Training Programs are implemented according to plan.
  • Establish performance criteria of the new hire together with the Competence Specialist Manager (Trainer).
  • Implement necessary HR and administrative actions in connection to the performance of the employee.
  • Review project performance together with the Competence Specialist Manager (Trainer) and Atlas Copco Philippines General Manager, on periodic basis.
  • Employee Relations

  • Foster positive and professional interactions among Atlas Copco people and its management.
  • Ensure compliance and implementation of local company policies, rules and regulations and safety procedures.
  • Ensure all terms and conditions of employment from the start of employment has been communicated clearly.
  • Ensure that all other relevant laws and regulations by the Department of Labor and Employment are implemented.
  • Compliance with government policies in connection to renumeration of employees.
  • HR Administration

  • Maintain and organize records of employees.
  • Prepare employment contracts and discussed the terms and conditions clearly.
  • Ensure that Service Level Agreements has been received and signed by the Receiving customer center.
  • Manage deployment of employees to Atlas Copco entities in other countries.
  • Providing support to employees and dealing with other HR-related matters.
