HR Officer - Malate Manila near De La Salle University Manila

· Improve and monitor existing Performance Evaluation Standards· Recruit, hire and on-board new employees· Update job descriptions, company policies and procedures and work with various Dept Heads in implementing the same· Maintain and update employee 201 files and other databases· Manage various employee benefits (HMO, life insurance, etc)· Improve employee engagement· Administer CSR project As Administration Officer: · Represent the Company in dealings with various LGUs where the Company operates· Ensure cleanliness, security and improvement of Company properties· Prepare purchase and sales documents of properties acquired and sold (CTS, DOAS, Sec Certs) and ensure transfer of ownership (TCT, Tax Dec, utilities)· Ensure compliance to various regulatory bodies (SEC, BIR, LGU) thru submission of required documents and payment of various taxes and fees periodicallyB. Qualifications· Graduate of any 4 year course· At least 2 years experience as Human Resource Staff or Officer preferably in a real estate development or construction company· Knowledge of HR Functions specifically employee performance improvement· Good grammar and communication skills, written and oral· Knowledge in basic labor law and disciplinary procedures· Willing to multi task and learn other skills related to administration and sales of properties· Works fast· Honest and trustworthySalary: Php27,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month For HR Manager or HR OfficerWork Location: Malate, Manila near De La Salle University ManilaWork Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM
