Key Competencies:Recruitment and Placement - Proficient has thorough knowledge Timekeeping and Payroll - Proficient has thorough knowledge Benefits Administration- Proficient has thorough knowledge of statutory benefits/administration of company benefitsTraining and Development - Proficient in the development and implementation of training masterPerformance Management- Proficient has thorough knowledge in the implementation of the PMS cycleEmployee Discipline - Proficient has thorough knowledge in the development and administration of Employee Handbook, due process and conduct of investigation.Labor Relations - Working knowledge in applicable labor laws and guidelines in the resolutions of labor cases.HRIS - Proficient in the development and implementation of HRIS (data acquisition, storage, monitoring, analysis, recommendations)
