TASQ is looking for an on-site HR onboarding manager position in Taguig. The pre-screening interview will be conducted via phone.
**Position Overview: HR Onboarding Manager (Taguig)**
**Key Responsibilities:**
The individual in this role will oversee the onboarding team, responsible for generating reports and analytics, renewing contracts with recruitment partners, managing risks and compliance related to pre-employment documentation and medical examinations to meet company standards, as well as government and client requirements, while also governing internal and external audits.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- 8 to 10 years of comprehensive BPO recruitment experience
- At least 4 years of experience specifically in BPO recruitment onboarding, with more than 5 years in leadership roles
- Demonstrated expertise in recruitment analytics, reporting, and risk and compliance management
- Must be available to work full-time on-site at our BGC, Taguig office
- Open to working graveyard shifts
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays as required by the business
- Audit and compliance experience is essential, along with a willingness to work during graveyard shifts
- The hiring manager prefers candidates with a background in onboarding and compliance, particularly focused on a tower-specific organizational structure.
