Job Description - HR Operations Manager

Job Description

  • Lead the local and expat payroll processing on time
  • Administer and manage the company's compensation programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and incentives.
  • Handle the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and wellness initiatives.
  • Evaluate and recommend enhancements to the benefits package to attract and retain top talent.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Communicate changes to compensation and benefits programs to employees through various channels.
  • Manage our SOP portal system
  • Handle issuance of certificate of employment and other documents requested by employees

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years' experience in compensation and benefits
  • Proven experience in HR operations with a focus on compensation and benefits administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Keen to details
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications.
