The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Administers employee benefits programs and ensures compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Provides guidance and support to employees regarding company policies and procedures.
• Coordinates training and development activities for employees.
• Contributes to the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives.

The Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in creating and delivering training programs for diverse employee groups.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and engage employees at all levels of the organization.
