Execute the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure timely delivery of manpower requests.
Conduct in-depth interviews and engage in the selection process for internal requisitions across all business units.
Coordinate the interview scheduling, conduct salary calibration, and facilitate job offer management and employment negotiations.
Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend manpower requisitions and ensure that job descriptions are current and relevant to the positions requested.
Maintain a robust candidate pool through effective pipelining strategies.
Conduct reference checks to verify the background of potential candidates
Gather pre-employment requirements and ensure complete submission.
Ensure seamless onboarding of new hires and offer assistance with any issues they may encounter.
Provide general administrative support to People & Culture department.
Qualifications
Possesses Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably as an in-house recruiter
Proficiency in the latest Microsoft Technologies (O365, OneDrive, Teams, etc.).
Good command of the English language
Amenable with a 4 days onsite at 1 day work from home arrangement
