Job Description - HR Services: Compensation Analyst (US/Canada)

We make products for the data center, utility, industrial, commercial, machine building, residential, aerospace and mobility markets.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nThe Compensation Analyst for HR Services with a focus on Compensation is responsible for facilitating and executing compensation-related activities across the organization for the United States and Canada. This includes processing offer letters creation, market adjustments, and other compensation activities. The role ensures alignment with internal policies, market competitiveness, and business objectives while partnering closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Talent Acquisition, and Compensation Centers of Excellence (COEs).\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Offer Letter Creation: Develop competitive offer recommendations using peer analysis and compensation benchmarks while ensuring accuracy and consistency across global processes.\n * Market Adjustments: Conduct market analysis and apply insights to recommend salary adjustments that maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.\n * Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HRBPs and Compensation teams to align compensation strategies with business needs and secure necessary approvals.\n * Compliance \u0026 Documentation: Maintain accurate records and audit trails to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.\n * Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of compensation tools and processes, including enhancements to the PACT system and integration strategies during organizational changes.\n\n\n\n## Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, HR, or a related discipline\n * 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, HR compensation and benefits, or payroll.\n * Solid experience with U.S. and Canadian compensation regulations.\n * Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.\n * Experience with compensation tools and market analytics platforms (e.g., EMSI Talent Analyst).\n * Proficiency in Microsoft Office\n * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.\n * Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines, while maintaining a high level of detail\n * Experience supporting large-scale compensation programs.\n * Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence across functions.\n * Demonstrated Learning Agility\n * Practical knowledge in ServiceNow or any similar tools\n * Amenable to work in a hybrid setup in Tanauan Batangas following US shift (9PM - 6AM PHT) \n \n\n\n\n\n## Preferred Attributes\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. \n\u2022 Familiarity with U.S. and Canadian compensation regulations. \n\u2022 Experience supporting large-scale compensation programs. \n\u2022 Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence across functions. \n\u2022 Demonstrated Learning Agility \n\u2022 Practical knowledge of ticketing systems\n\nAt Eaton, we don\u2019t just want to offer you a job, but a journey and experience.
