HR Sourcing Specialist (Night Shift) | Get a 21K Signing Bonus

Account specific roles and responsibilities:

• Post job advertisements on various job boards using approved templates.
• Review incoming applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct brief screening interviews (phone or virtual) to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and fit.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and screening outcomes in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• dd qualified candidates to a “potential” pipeline for future placement opportunities.
• Communicate candidate availability and market insights to recruiters.
• Ensure timely follow-up with applicants and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Support recruiters by providing a steady flow of pre-screened candidates for open roles.

• At least 6 months experience as an HR / Recruitment experience
• BPO Experience is a PLUS!
• Good working knowledge with MS tools
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot, V-LOOKUP)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
• Wiling to work onsite in Makati or Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shifts
